What do you mean by "learner"? 

Any Feathercap user who is either an end learner, administrator, instructor or author. Feathercap considers a learner anyone registered with their own unique email and password.

Unlimited learners?

Yes! If you select the "E-commerce" plan, we only ask that for every course offered on Feathercap be priced at $10.00 or more. There is no limit to the number of learners uploaded, you are only charged the course price when a course is assigned and taken by one or more learners.

Existing courses, video, audio and PDFs?

We play and track most any SCORM 1.2 & SCORM 2004 compliant course. We also let you build courses and quizzes from your PDFs, Video and audio (.swf, .flv, .mpeg4, .mp3) with our included course and assessment builder.

Custom branding? 

You'll have your own community URL you can share with your team, customers or partners as well as your logo, colors and desired display of your courses. Each client or partner can have their own learning community but you control which courses/ content they see and when.

Fully functional 30-day trial? 

Yes. In fact you'll notice we give you $5.00 that you can spend towards adding another learner. If you want to continue using it after the 30 days simply add more funds to your account and feel free to add more learners.

Feathercap has a built in recommendation engine that delivers content/ courses based on a learner's profile fields and keyword preferences as compared with others in the community. It's a great way to get the right content to the right person.

Advanced e-commerce

 We let you price any course or class and offer the course to any one in your community. Paypal, credit card is built in to easily receive payment. We subtract 2.9% of any sale in U.S dollars and can accept 23 additional currencies. For more...

We pay you every week.

 If you choose to sell your courses, events or webinars we tally your sales and pay you your proceeds every week, by check, direct deposit or Paypal.  

Safe, private and secure.

Your private Feathercap community is SSL encrypted and you decide who, when and how long a learner can access your community or your learning. Feathercap has four main datacenters provided by Amazon Web Services located in Northern California and Northern Virginia in the United States as well as the Republic of Ireland and Singapore. They are SAS 70 Type II conformant in repeated audits for their standards in operational and security controls. Minimal start-up costs.

Feathercap costs nothing to start-up for a "Basic" or "Plus" community. In our "E-commerce" plans we charge an annual community fee. All hosting, updates,  same-day support and availability of training to learners around the world is included on all plans.
