We only charge by the minute of access. There is no user limit. Any combination of answers, pages or video in minutes that your employees actually view each month is included in your plan. Any amount of time spent by your users in authoring, importing or asking questions is not counted and is free.
But don’t worry if you are near using all your allotted minutes for a given plan in a month, as you hit 80% usage and then at 90% usage we will message you to see if you would like to move up to a higher plan. If you don’t change plans and your minute count does exceed your plan you will be billed at the listed additional per minute rate for your plan.
If you no longer wish to use Feathercap, you may cancel at any time. You will receive a pro-rated credit with Feathercap for the remainder of that month’s billing cycle. For annual plans, if you cancel within 30 days of signing, we refund 11 months of your annual contract price. See our full refund policy for more.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you’ll be credited on next month’s bill. For annual plans, you’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the plan duration. To downgrade, you have 30 days from the date of signing to downgrade, you’ll be credited on the difference from your current to the new downgraded plan.
Yes, we do offer additional training! We of course have our help center as well as your ability to schedule a web conference with us 24/7 to assist on any aspect of using Feathercap already included in all our plans. But we can organize a specific “Train the trainer” conference series with your staff to train them on all aspects of Feathercap. Feel free to contact us to find out more.
